City Council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month.
Meetings begin at 5:00 p.m. and are located at Troy City Hall, 519 S. Main St.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and will be given time to voice any comments or concerns they may have.

Water Service Line Survey
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) implemented the Lead and Copper Rule Revision in December of 2021. Regulated public water systems are now required to complete a SERVICE LINE INVENTORY. Every single service connection must be listed, and materials must be identified for both the water system-owned side of the service line and the private side.
